Happy Day
This following Monday, I went to jogja with
family. I went there to check up my grand mother’s eyes in YAP hospital. This
is the last check up after the months operation ago.We started from my home at
ten o’clock and arrived at two o’clock. And than we registered for my grand
mother’s check up. After we waited for one hour, my grand mother had been
called by the doctor all of family except my grand mother and my mother are
waited in waiting room.
Because
of the time, I called my friend who live in jogja. She is a beautiful girl. After
ten minutes I called her, finally she came. We talked about our future. I felt
happy could met her because she is important for my life. Finally the check up
was end. My friend want to back to her home, so she decided to get permission
from my family to go home. And she said that she very pleased it in 15 December
2013 I go to jogja alone for meet her. And my mother said that the result of my
grand mother’s check up was good and it’s enough check up in Jogja. It’s better
if my grand mother check up in Purwokerto. And we said Alhamdulillah together.
This following day is used for future, i think. So you can use the time marker of simple past tense.

And than we registered for my grandmother’s check up : Then, we registered our grandmother's medical check up (don't use conjunction at the beginning sentence).
my grand mother had been called by the doctor all of family except my grand mother and my mother are waited in waiting room : my grandmother was called by the doctor, and all of my family except my grandmother and my mother waited in waiting room.
Because of the time, I called my friend who live in jogja : Because of the time, I called my friend who lives in Jogja.
I felt happy could met her because she is important for my life. I felt happy, I could meet her, because she is important in my life.
My friend want to back to her home : My friend wanted to back to her home.
And she said that she very pleased it in 15 December 2013 I go to jogja alone for meet her : She said that she was very pleased because I will go to Jogja alone for meeting her on 15 Dec 2013.
it’s enough check up in Jogja. : It was the last medical check up in Jogja.
