 The Characteristics Foods

Before I travelled to the UK last year, I thought that British food was just fish and chips, roast beef, apple pie, rice pudding and endless cups of tea. These foods are popular in Britain, but during my travels, I discovered that there is so much more to eating in the UK. People from all over the world have made their home in Britain, and they have brought with them their own food. Even in small towns, you can find Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants, amongst others.

In UK, you do not only eat junk food as their traditional food, but also you can eat Asian, Chinese or others countries' foods. It depends on where you visit the regions in UK. if you visit the Asian region there, you will find traditional foods from Japanese, Chinese, or event Indonesia. The characteristics of its foods are more flavors, differences ingredients and more tasty. They are like sushi, kimchi, bakmie, capcay, kwetiau. The British foods' like junk food because they are very busy and want to get simple food to eat, but the Asian foods' is not simple but the taste more tasty because they use many flavors. so the taste is very different.

TAOIST GARDEN

            Taoism is an ancient philosophy from Asia that places great importance on the natural world. Taoists believe that spirit can be found in every person or thing, living or non-living. For the Taoist, even a mountain or a stone contains spirit. Lao Tsu, a Taoist writer and philosopher, said, ’people follow earth. Earth follows heaven. Heaven follows the Tao. The Tao follows what is natural’. For thousands of years in China and other Asian countries, gardens have been an important way to create a place where people can feel the spirit of the natural world. Creating a Taoist garden is an art. No two Taoist gardens are exactly alike, but all Taoist gardens include four essential elements: water, mountains, buildings and bridges.

            Water is the first essential element that should be in a Taoist garden. Element of water in a Taoist garden can be in the pool type, or small synthetic river. We can add some fish in the pool or small synthetic river so that the people will feel the natural feeling from them. The second element is mountains. The mountains element can we feel from building in the Taoist garden that same as real mountains. The last element is buildings and bridges. We can make some buildings in the Taoist garden that it will make Taoist garden more natural. The buildings are like lamp places, small house, etc. And then, we can build bridge on the pool or river that it will across the pool or that river.

            Every elements in the Taoist garden like water, mountains, buildings and bridges contain spirit. People can feel the spirit of natural world from all of the elements in the Taoist garden because all of the elements give the spirit of natural world.

Thesis statment "taoism"

Taoist garden is a place which reflect according life. The taoist garden include four essential elements that are water, mountain, building, and bridge. Entirely have meaning on the chinese reliance. The first is water as the symbol of natural life , te second is mountain as the symbol accomplishment of life, the third is building as the symbol of place for life and refuge, and the last is bridge, bidge is complement which adorn of toaist garden which connected one creature with another creature.

The witing essay about "Taoism"

The first important element of Taoist garden is water. Water is the most important element for life. Water in the Taoist garden normally flowing river or pond. the location of the water usually around the garden to create a beautiful.In Chinese philosophy that water is a wise scholar, like water, will eventually find his own life.

The second important element of the Taoist garden is mountain. Symbolically, the mountain is the axis of the world, but in the Taost garden also represent the forces of nature as the man sustain the women. Location of the mountain in the Taoist garden usually surrounds the garden, the mountain in Chinese traditionally are in the middle of the lake, because the mountain represents a confidence or self-protection

The third important element of  Taoist garden is buildings. The location of the building in the Taoist garden usually on the slopes. Buildings should be placed such that harmony with the natural formation of the land. The fourth essential element of the Tao garden is bridge. Location bridge over the water to connect the building with other buildings and Taoist gardens to beautify.

So the flow of the streams studied Taoism is a natural element which has four elements including water, mountains, buildings and bridges all of which have relevance and usual are not separated.

The Population Decline of Koalas

                Everybody knows the koala, that sweet Australian animal that resembles a teddy bear. Although koalas look like toys, they are actually strong climbers and spend their days in the treetops. Mother koalas carry their babies around from tree to tree in a pouch, or pocket, on their stomach. Although there were millions of koalas in Australia in the past, they  are now a protected species of animal. As a result of human population growth, deforestation and hunting, the number of koalas has declined.

                During 1990 and 2010, the number of koalas in Queensland and New South Wales has declined, around 33 and 43 %.  The Australian Koala Foundation (AKF) approximating that just now there are 45 thousand to 90 thousand number of koalas in the woods. The human population growth is the main factor of koalas number decline, like the increase of cars, dogs, and the decrease land for koalas, because human always do housing development. Much of Koalas were eaten by dogs. Not a little of them were crashed by cars.

               Deforestation or a set up fire of forests and hunting are the next causes of Koalas number decline. They were hunted by human to make wool jackets by their body hairs of skin. Koalas eat and get their requirements  from the water humidity of  eucalyptus leaf. Koalas must  eat eucalyptus leaf at the least of  500 gram for alive, but the high temperature made eucalyptuses now in the threat of deforestation around 41 million hectare of 151.

                The decline of the population of koalas is a bad condition for Australia. They need to keep  koalas so that their original animal will not extinct. The human population growth, deforestation and hunting are the factors the decline. If the conditions are not changed, maybe our grandchild in the next can't see that sweet animal.

People in the UK spend his time with work. So they do not have time to cook for breakfast, because it's the people in the UK prefer fast food such as bread, noodles and others. People from other countries who live in the UK brought their traditions and their cultures to the UK. They Began to influnced British culture with their own cultures. For example, there are also italian food in north UK so there are also restorant Italy. They also serves Italian food such as pasta, pizza, spaghetti sandwiches and other foods from Italy. There are also chinese food there are also chinese restaurant, they serve food like sushi and seafood china. That's why plumpness british people prefer fast food.

The growth of human population is growth significantly. It means many people will need land for building their house.  Time by the time Koalas will be lost their habitat  to live. People make an empty land by deforesting many forests. They chop many tree and there is no reforestation, it will decrease a number of koalas in Australia because their habitat is destroyed by the people, the government still can not solve this problem clearly. the number of koalas is also deacrese extreamly by Ilegal Hunters, they hunt many koalas and they sell in the black market for high price, and usually the collectors wanted to buy a head of koala for decorate their room. Australian government had make a movement to prevent the dicelined a number of koalas by protected them but it is still can’t prevent this problem effectively.
